Having a mental illness is neither a choice nor moral failing; it is just as natural a physical injury. And it does not have to be – YOU can make a difference! Join us to a journey for a better understanding in your mental status, health, and more!

About

"Mindcology" comes from "mind" and "-ology". We believe that mental health should not only be viewed as the core value of the education, but the top priority in one's life.

As teens, we found a 'healthy mindset' to be the most crucial part in living a content life. This motivates us to advocate for mental wellbeing. To this end, our website aims to raise awareness; to provide accurate information and useful tips as well as to create an online community where people can reach out for help.

A brain disorder marked by an ongoing pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that interferes with functioning or development

ADD=Attention Deficit Disorder

A developmental disorder that is marked especially by persistent symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity and/or impulsivity (may not be caused by any serious underlying physical or mental disorder)

Both are subtypes of the same conditions
